    Do not apply NH23 care on dry hair. After washing with NH23 IQ Shampoo, dab the hair with a towel and dry lightly. Then apply NH IQ care Liquid. If the hair is too wet, the liquid may not penetrate deep into the hair shaft, and the result may last for a shorter time.

  • How often should I apply NH23 to my hair?

    This depends on the level of damage to your hair structure. During the first week of using NH23, apply it after every wash. In the second week, you can reduce the applications to 2-3 times. The general rule is to use it as long as you still see damaged hair or split ends.

  • Can I do a mini treatment with NH23?

    Yes, for in-between treatments, you can use just a few drops where needed the most.

  • How long will the results I see last?

    The more treatments you do initially, the longer the shiny, healthy result will last. It also depends on the other products you use. Harsh and cheap styling products can damage the beautiful result. Look for other Marc Weiss Paris products that will complement NH23 well.

  • Should I apply NH23 IQ Care liquid to the scalp?

    No, IQ Care should only be applied to the lengths of the hair.

    NH23 IQ Care should be applied starting 3-4 cm away from the roots onto the lengths. Therefore, the recommendation for the client is to apply the product on the hair lengths, while avoiding contact with the bondings with a distance of 3-4 cm.

  • I have very fine hair, and my results weren't as I've seen with others. What could be the reason?

    a) Most likely, the hair was still too wet before applying IQ Care and wasn't lightly towel-dried. When hair is saturated with water, it can't absorb any more moisture, and IQ Care can only coat the outside of the hair, limiting its effectiveness.

    b) The hair wasn't pre-washed with IQ Care to prepare it for application.

    c) The hair was pre-treated with a product containing non-water-soluble silicones, which is common with inexpensive styling products.

  • I don't use conditioner on my fine hair because it tends to weigh it down. Is NH23 the same?

    NH23 repairs hair from the inside out, while conditioners are typically surface treatments that can weigh down the hair. Customers with fine hair have reported very positive experiences with NH23 because it doesn't weigh down fine hair. However, please ensure your hair is towel-dried before using it!

  • Can I use NH23 immediately after coloring my hair, or will it affect the color?

    We didn't observe any changes when using Marc Weiss Color. With some other hair colors, there may be slight color loss, particularly with fashion shades that contain a high proportion of direct pigments.

  • Can I perform a mini treatment with NH23, using less product than recommended?

    Yes, that's possible because NH23's active ingredients accumulate with frequent use in the hair. However, it's recommended to use the recommended amount for the initial treatment.
